To manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Portfolio Strategy, Sustainability, and Housing & Care Operations. Criteria: Extensive experience in property contract management and development, including service/inspection, repair, and renewal in the housing sector. Previous experience of senior leadership across, Gas, electrical, Lifts, Water, Asbestos and Mechanical compliance. Proven track record of delivering high-value, complex partnering contracts and large-scale procurement programmes. Experience engaging colleagues and residents in reviewing service offers and specifications that improve service delivery. Effective people management experience, motivating individuals and teams to achieve and exceed performance targets. Experience of managing large budgets across multiple work streams.
