Business Intelligence Developer/BI Analyst - £50-60K - Hybrid We're working with an organisation investing heavily in its data and BI capability , offering an excellent opportunity for a BI professional to join a growing team and play a key role in developing its reporting and data landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Power BI and SQL who is looking to broaden their skills across Microsoft Fabric, data engineering and modern BI practices . You'll be supported to develop technically, take on greater responsibility and progress as the data function continues to grow. Key Skills Power BI - report development, dashboards and visualisation DAX - measures and calculated columns SQL/T-SQL - querying and data manipulation Data Modelling - preferably Star Schema Power Query/M Understanding of ETL/data integration Good understanding of data quality and BI best practice Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable Microsoft Fabric /Lakehouse experience Azure Data Factory or Synapse Python/PySpark Data Warehousing Medallion Architecture Experience improving or developing existing BI environments Exposure to metadata-driven data solutions Microsoft certification in Power BI/Fabric Financial Services Financial Services experience is desirable , particularly experience working with complex data, reporting or regulatory requirements.
