You'll carry out general building maintenance, complete planned and reactive repairs, undertake site safety and compliance checks, support room set-ups, assist with deliveries and help ensure the campus remains safe, secure and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. You'll also work closely with the Reception and Estates teams, supporting site security, monitoring CCTV, carrying out building lock-up and unlock procedures, and responding to out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within caretaking, facilities, estates or general building maintenance. You'll have excellent practical DIY skills, a strong customer-focused approach and enjoy working as part of a team. An SIA Licence is desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
