The sales operations role supports the Account Managers by owning day-to-day sales execution and coordination for assigned retail accounts. Action monthly order book reconciles between internal systems and customer order books and resolved any differences. Liaise with Bangladesh team and logistics to ensure orders are handed over successfully. Support finance on any invoice discrepancies. Reporting & Data Management Collate information to support the account manager in building strategies by brand/customer. Preparing key information for monthly and quarterly reviews. Maintain accurate pricing in SAP. Management and development Review processes and suggest/implement improvements.
