As the Property Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Managing tenant enquiries and day-to-day property management issues Organising repairs and maintenance Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors Conducting property inspections Handling end-of-tenancy check-outs and deposit negotiations Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in line with current legislation Planning, coordinating and prioritising your workload Successful applicants will have the following experience: Previous experience within property management Good knowledge of property maintenance and residential lettings Understanding of tenancy law and regulations Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in IT systems and software Experience with property management software and databases is a plus A professional and proactive approach Please contact Adam Brown on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed) for more information about this role (Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Property Portfolio Manager, Landlord Account Manager)
