Key accountabilities: Optimising QMS Policies, Processes and Procedures Improving quality performance Nurturing a high-performance workforce Improving food safety and well-being Improving the engagement level of employees Delivery of departments KPI's and own PDR objectives Audit ready at all times Key responsibilities: Work within and use the QMS to ensure product safety, legality, quality and customer specifications are always achieved. A key member of the HACCP Team, attend and participate in all HACCP meetings. As part of the internal auditing team, you will conduct GMP, Glass, Hygiene and other internal audits to ensure the site meets the safety, quality and legality requirements Attend site meetings as required and prepare accordingly. Be the ERP specialist for the department Create and maintain ERP Test templates Specification writer for the company - Internal and External Maintain compliance for all customer portals Support the Technical Manager during industry and customer audits Artwork Reviewer for customer design amendments Assist with Gap Analysis for industry and customer standards Provide trend data to the Technical Manager for customer complaints, Warnings and Rejections. Assist with QMS maintenance Optimise year-on-year quality improvements Provide cover for the team and line management as and when required.
