JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE: 4+ PQE LOCATION: Manchester SALARY: Circa £85,000 (DOE) THE ROLE: An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a rapidly growing commercial property department in the investment team. This is a chance to become a part of an experienced, agile and knowledgeable team, known for advising on complex, high value transactions and providing their wide client base with comprehensive, collaborative and innovate support and expertise. The successful candidate will advise on all areas of commercial property law, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant management, commercial and residential development, planning, infrastructure, construction, holding and funding structures, property tax and property litigation. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors possessing at least 4 years of post qualifying experience, as well as strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
