Business Support Lead Salary: 28,000 - 31,000 (DOE) per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Must be driver due to location Fully office-based Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking an organised, proactive and experienced Business Support Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of administrative and business support functions across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and ensuring operations run efficiently. You will coordinate administrative activities, support a small team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and service delivery. This role suits someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving and is confident coordinating workloads while supporting a busy and varied working environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily delivery of business support and administration functions Lead, support and coordinate a small administration team Allocate and monitor workloads to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met Maintain and improve office processes and procedures Produce, manage and maintain business documentation and records Support managers and wider teams with administrative tasks Identify opportunities for process and systems improvements Ensure a high standard of internal communication and organisation Essential Requirements Experience in a senior administrative, coordination or office support role Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident supporting and coordinating others Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, reliable and professional approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience supervising or supporting a small team Experience using CRM or business systems Background in professional services or similar environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who naturally brings structure, stays ahead of tasks and ensures things run smoothly.
