An opportunity has arisen for a Supported Housing Service Manager / Supported Accommodation Manager to join a not-for-profit housing association providing affordable housing, supported accommodation, and community services. As a Supported Housing Service Manager / Supported Accommodation Manager , you will lead supported housing services, manage operational performance, and ensure customers receive safe, effective and person-centred support. Identify and implement service improvements and operational efficiencies. Maintain accurate records, reports and performance monitoring. Manage budgets, income performance and financial controls. Participate in an on-call rota, responding to emergencies when required. What we are looking for Managed housing referrals, assessments and placements for supported housing, including individuals leaving prison and those with complex needs. Conducted tenancy sign-ups, housing inductions and voids checks, ensuring properties met required safety and compliance standards prior to occupation. Delivered key-working sessions and practical housing advice, supporting residents with budgeting, benefits and tenancy responsibilities. Identified early signs of tenancy breakdown and implemented preventative interventions, coordinating repairs with contractors and housing teams. Extensive management experience within supported housing, housing, social care or related services. Experience supporting vulnerable individuals to improve independence and wellbeing. Strong understanding of homelessness, housing support and related social challenges. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams. Experience monitoring performance, improving services and ensuring compliance. Ability to analyse data and support service improvements. Well-developed emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience and professional boundaries. Experience producing reports, maintaining records and using IT systems. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work travel. The services forms part of an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
