Key Responsibilities Handle telephone calls and enquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally Receive clients, visitors, and suppliers; notify relevant staff members for deliveries Ensure the front of house and meeting rooms are clean and presentable at all times Assist with administrative duties for office matters including processing invoices, maintain accurate records within business systems and assisting to implement with building and safety requirements Assist with general administrative duties for the partners and wider team Coordinate and Organise local Marketing and Events including preparing and monitoring invites. Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting data cleansing initiatives as required Research and book venues; maintain relationships with suppliers Coordinate and monitor e-brief communications and other internal communications activities. Support client onboarding activities, including referrals, conflict checks and CRM maintenance. Qualifications Minimum five grade A to C GCSEs including English and Mathematics Previous experience in business administration and front-of-house/customer-facing roles is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised and meticulous, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
