Key Responsibilities Process customer orders using SAGE 200 and Microsoft 365 Provide professional customer support via phone and email Coordinate service activities and support field engineers Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and service visits Manage stock records and assist with stock takes Pick, pack and dispatch medical equipment when required Produce shipping labels and documentation, including international shipments Support invoicing and payment follow-ups Maintain accurate records and resolve customer queries efficiently About You You will be organised, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
