Grounds & Landscape Assistant - Lewes Position Type: Full-time, Permanent We are looking to hire an experienced grounds and landscape person, the ideal candidate be looking for an opportunity to develop further into estates /grounds maintenance and should be willing to take on additional training and further development. Machinery & Tractor Operations: Tractor work (primarily loader duties, grass cutting, and trailer towing), alongside routine day-to-day machine maintenance. Excavator & Groundwork: Operating 360 diggers for ground clearance prior to fencing, repairing culverts, and assisting with landscaping projects. Fencing Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining agricultural stock fencing as well as domestic boundary fencing Forestry & Firewood: Assisting with tree felling, processing fallen timber, and handling the processing and delivery of firewood to customers. Candidate Profile & Requirements Background: 5+ years of practical experience on arable, mixed stock farms, or estate environments.
