Identify Engineering skills and capability gaps within the team and implement appropriate strategies to enhance and develop these (focusing both on present and future demands). You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline or STEM subject and have previous experience in managing engineering teams to deliver to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
