To order, raise and arrange (via a FM helpdesk) repairs for THG offices across the group including liaising with colleagues and other services areas and contractors as necessary to ensure the repairs are carried out within agreed timescales. To liaise with colleagues, contractors and managers to support the resolution of any issues that require specialist expertise including ordering goods, services and supplies and facilitating delivery/access as necessary. To co-ordinate the collection and updating of contractor information into QL. To provide support of the running and maintenance of the fleet, including day to day management and maintenance of fuel cards, spot hire vehicles, processing of fines, maintenance of the telematics and leaseholder portals, producing reports to support managers/colleagues, maintaining the master spreadsheet of all fleet vehicle information, verifying and processing of invoices, raising EBIS orders for repairs. To provide day to day support for the material contract, including uploading of weekly file data, producing performance and financial information, maintenance of the material portal with leavers and starters information and top users, handling queries raised by team. We are looking for someone who has Experience of working within an administrative environment. Experience of using ICT systems to input data, analyse and interpret data, and provide performance data. Experience of organising and planning own workload, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and keep others informed of progress.
