About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketplace Executive to support our sales team while managing our online sales channels. This is a varied role combining e-commerce, customer enquiries, digital marketing and sales administration. The successful candidate will take ownership of our online marketplace presence, assist with marketing activity, and help convert lower-value sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management Manage the company's eBay store. Process all eBay sales and customer enquiries. Identify slow-moving stock and create listings to maximise stock turnover. Create and maintain listings across additional online marketplaces. Develop and grow sales through Facebook Marketplace and relevant Facebook Groups. Monitor listings to ensure pricing and descriptions remain accurate and competitive. Sales Support Handle inbound enquiries for lower-value sales opportunities.
