The Role: Handle a range of HR administrative issues, including investigating records, files, databases, to resolve queries and maintain data integrity Produce maintain and analyse HR data and reports, supporting HR teams with accurate information to enable informed business decisions and provide a consistent view across the business directorates Act as a note-taker in various informal and formal meetings, as required and with support from HR Business Partners/HR Advisors Work with the HR Business Partnering teams and wider HR Administrators to harmonise and improve HR administration processes, developing common ways of working, sharing best practice and ensuring consistent service is delivered Requirements: Experience of working with HR Systems preferably Workday, with confidence processing employee lifecycle changes and maintaining accurate employee records Experience of working with data, ensuring high levels of accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies Experiences in process improvement and streamlining to enable efficiency and created standardised ways of working Strong customer service skills with experience of being customer facing, dealing with supporting people at all levels of the business.
