This office-based role works closely with Surveyors, Supervisors and Installation Engineers to support the delivery of gas installation projects from quotation through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing survey information, preparing quotations, processing materials orders, liaising with internal teams and clients, and ensuring jobs are accurately prepared for delivery. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities The role includes, but is not limited to: Appraise and edit property survey reports, ensuring information provided by Survey Engineers is accurate, operationally feasible and fit for purpose through liaison with Surveyors and Supervisors. Update job records, identifying material requirements and operative hours to enable jobs to be scheduled correctly and materials procured efficiently.
