Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freight who operate a fleet of 37 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes. We are looking for a full-time Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator to be based within the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Department. Comprehensive training and continual support to help you excel in the role will be provided. The role will evolve over time as you become established, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop your skills. The Role: Working collaboratively within the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Department, you will be responsible for undertaking all required administration roles to assist in the maintaining the effectiveness of various areas including but not limited to, Accreditation Portal Management, Customer Portals, Insurance Document distribution, Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires, meeting support, file and equipment audits, Drug and Alcohol testing management, accident and incident statistics tracking, data monitoring across a number of areas, customer feedback management, updating of Company documents and document reference identification. What We re Looking For: Essential Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Health and Safety or compliance focused environments. Excellent customer service and communication skills - verbal and written. IT literate which must include Excel, Word, SharePoint with experience of portal management systems. Key Skills & Personal Attributes: To be motivated and enthusiast to learn a new role. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Able to work independently and as part of a team with a highly supportive and collaborative approach. Excellent time management skills to ensure the workload is carried out effectively. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Commitment to following company procedures. Positive attitude, good timekeeping, and a desire to learn and develop Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to tasks. Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. If you have the experience and ambition to match, we d love to hear from you.
