The organisation is particularly well-established within the defence sector and is increasingly growing its presence across local and regional government, professional services and energy markets. Their customers range from mid-sized organisations with 200 employees through to major enterprises with workforces exceeding 10,000 employees. Initial engagements are often with PMO and project leadership teams, helping build business cases for senior business stakeholders and Heads of Projects. The Candidate: We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development professional who thrives in a consultative, solution-led sales environment. You will have experience selling enterprise software, IT solutions, consulting services or a combination of all three, and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders ranging from PMOs and technical specialists through to senior executives and decision-makers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and be able to challenge customer thinking, uncover business problems and position solutions that deliver measurable value.
