To Be Considered: Architectural Technologist Worked as an Architectural Technologist on residential projects in UK architectural practice. Ideally MCIAT qualified or actively working towards chartered status. Technical and construction knowledge with a good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations. Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6. Ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages and specifications. Proficiency in BIM software, ideally Revit.
