As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the wider business. Key Responsibilities Front of House Welcome visitors, clients and colleagues with a professional and friendly approach. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable and well organised. Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries. Manage visitor access and ensure a positive front-of-house experience. Workplace Coordination Manage the office hot desk booking process. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use. Support colleagues with workplace and office-related requests. Help maintain an efficient and well-organised working environment. Facilities Support Report maintenance and building issues to the facilities management team and monitor progress. Liaise with building management to ensure workplace issues are resolved promptly. Assist with general office administration and workplace coordination. Business Support Respond to requests from the Senior Leadership Team in a professional and timely manner. Provide day-to-day administrative support where required. Assist with office events, meetings and internal activities. Health & Safety Act as a designated First Aider. Act as a Fire Marshal, supporting workplace safety and emergency procedures. Promote a safe and compliant working environment. About You You'll be a confident and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also have: Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Workplace Coordinator role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
