Customer Service Representative Location: Chalker Way, Banbury Contract: Temporary (Approx. 20 Weeks, with Potential Extension) Hours: 37 hours per week Pay Rate: £13.51 - £15.00 per hour The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Embedded Customer Service Representative to join a busy and collaborative team based in Banbury as soon as Monday 17th August. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and account management experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of support. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, quotations, and service requests while working closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service. Manage customer accounts and support the delivery of services in line with agreed timescales. Work closely with operational teams to coordinate workflow and meet customer deadlines. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Prepare, review and issue quotations and related documentation accurately. Liaise with external suppliers where required to source cost-effective and efficient solutions. Collaborate with departments including Operations, Logistics and Sales to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Monitor service delivery and contribute towards achieving operational and commercial targets. Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider team. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or account management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and solution-focused approach. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence in dealing with customers and stakeholders at all levels. Good IT and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer?
