Support the administration of the company fleet, ensuring vehicles are used efficiently and relevant records are kept up to date. Track logistics schedules and proactively deal with any problems or delays that could affect service levels. Ensure internal systems and records are accurately maintained and updated when required. Skills & Experience Previous experience within logistics, transport, fleet management, administration, or a coordination-based position. Strong communication and telephone skills, with the ability to deal confidently and professionally with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. The ability to prioritise workloads and remain effective in a busy, fast-moving working environment. Good computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications. A proactive and practical approach to resolving issues, combined with strong attention to detail.
