Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out air tightness testing on residential and commercial properties, setting up and operating blower door testing equipment, and producing accurate test reports. They will liaise professionally with site managers, contractors and clients while ensuring all testing is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures. The role also includes maintaining testing equipment and representing the company professionally on every site visit. Essential Requirements Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding regions, with occasional overnight stays if required. They should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing their own workload. Candidates must be comfortable working on active construction sites, possess basic IT skills for completing digital reports and be physically capable of handling testing equipment. Desirable Qualifications and Experience Previous experience carrying out air tightness testing is desirable, along with an ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
