My client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Scheduler to lead a small team, ensuring diaries of the trade operatives are optimised in line with the SLA, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Manage workload to ensure completion of all jobs by the end of each working day. Allocating daily tasks, as per the requirements of the business to optimise productivity and achieve all KPIs. Undertake day to day line management of Schedulers, to include great conversations; escalating any serious performance or behaviour Ensure the case management database is kept up to date and accurate, and allocation of works tracked.
