Office Manager Location: Near Filey, North Yorkshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday-Friday (early finish on Friday) Salary: £30,000 About the Role We are looking for an organised, people-focused and proactive Office Manager to join our client s manufacturing business based near Filey. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines office management, HR and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You ll be a key point of contact for employees and management, helping to create a positive, well-organised workplace where people can do their best work. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is confident dealing with people at all levels. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR administration and provide support and guidance to employees and managers. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation. About You We re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and dependable, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work independently. You ll ideally have: Previous experience in an HR, office management or combined HR/administration role. Good knowledge of general HR processes and employment practices. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, approachable and confidential manner. The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. The confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels. A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently working towards one, would be ideal but is not essential.
