Production Manager £45-£48k Our client is an established manufacturing business currently going through a period of investment and change. They are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day production operation and lead a team of around 20 people. You'll manage 2 Team Leaders and around 20 operatives, so this role is very much about getting the best from your team. You'll need to be a confident and approachable manager who can develop people, manage performance and create a positive working environment.
