Service Transition Manager - NPPV3 & SC Cleared We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Transition Manager to join a complex government digital programme. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams, ensuring services are successfully transitioned from development through operational readiness, go-live and into BAU. This role requires a strong Service Transition background combined with enough technical understanding to operate confidently within a modern cloud-based environment. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate end-to-end Service Transition activities. Lead services through operational readiness, go-live, Early Life Support and BAU handover. Define and embed effective ITIL service management processes. Coordinate activities across Engineering, DevOps, SRE, QAT, Delivery and Operations teams. SC Cleared Test Manager / Lead (Non Functional) - Leeds - Inside IR35 - Hybrid Leading banking client to seek to recruit an established SC Cleared Test Manager / Lead within this role you will support with creating strategies and solutions for the future of system scalability and reliability! As a Test Lead your day to day tasks will include: leading the design and performance, load/stress tools using JMeter, LoadRunner, meeting strategy and non functional requirements, working closely with developers and architects to identify issues, monitor systems using diagnostic tools such as Dynatrace.
