You'll bring: Previous experience in a senior administration, PA, team support or office management role Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong diary and inbox management experience Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience coordinating meetings, events and administrative processes The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion A reliable, professional and committed approach to work An understanding of the Catholic Church or experience working within a faith-based organisation would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
