What you should bring to the role? Senior management experience in utilities or a related sector with a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams and strategic programmes. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance frameworks and ability to adapt to changing regulations as required. Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in driving digitisation and process improvement initiatives. Experience with HV/LV systems and auxiliary power systems. (desirable) The essential criteria to help you succeed in this role is: Competence in electrical engineering design or relevant industry experience with ability to interpret and develop technical documentation and standards. Advanced knowledge of digitisation, data management and analytics. Supplier and contract management. Full UK Driving Licence.
