Stay updated with latest database technologies and best practices . Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc. Strong knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Role You will provide 2nd and 3rd line database support for Oracle 11g databases supporting critical production services. Working closely with application support, infrastructure and service management teams, you will ensure availability, resilience and performance in line with agreed service levels. The position operates within a formal ITIL aligned support model and includes participation in a 24 by 7 support rota, including out of hours and major incident response.
