You'll: Manage projects from design through to installation, commissioning and handover Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders Coordinate design, engineering, programming and installation teams Develop and manage project schedules and delivery plans Monitor budgets, resources and timelines Identify risks and resolve issues before they become problems Attend and lead project meetings Coordinate materials, equipment and labour requirements Maintain project documentation and reporting Support testing, commissioning and client handovers Ensure quality, health & safety and company standards are maintained Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project partners Travel to project sites as required Who We're Looking For You may already be an experienced Project Manager. Or perhaps you're currently an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator looking for the next step in your career. Either way, you'll need: Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness and budget management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and project management software Willingness to travel to project locations when required Industry Experience Previous experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous: Audio Visual (AV) Smart Home Technology Home Automation Construction Electrical Services Building Services Technology Integration Experience with systems such as Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Control4 or similar is beneficial but not essential.
