Join us as a Product Business Analyst Reporting to the Technical Delivery Lead, the Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in the delivery and ongoing enhancement of the Ingage IR platform, working across multiple workstreams to ensure business needs are translated into effective and scalable solutions. The role is responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating business requirements, while ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations, product objectives, and technology delivery. Working closely with business leaders, clients, product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will facilitate collaboration, drive process improvements, and support solution design, testing, and implementation activities. The Functional Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping to ensure solutions deliver measurable value, enhance user experiences, and support the strategic objectives of the Ingage IR platform. Your key responsibilities will include: Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and discovery sessions. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams. Analyse current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, and improved user experiences. Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX/UI, and Project teams to support solution design, backlog prioritisation, and successful delivery. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Build and manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating alignment, decision-making, and expectation management. Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, defect management, and validation of delivered solutions. Assist with implementation, business readiness, training, and change management activities. Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation in line with governance and organisational standards. Remove delivery blockers and manage stakeholder expectations. Drive process improvement initiatives. What you will bring to the role: Proven Business Analysis experience within digital products, platforms, or CRM environments. Experience within Financial Services. Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. Expertise in user story creation and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be). Experience driving product enhancements, feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience supporting platform integrations and working across multiple systems. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
