Adherence to industry standards. Great time management skills and high attention to detail. The right candidate will be over 25 years of age and hold a current, full UK drivers licence. They will be prepared to work Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30pm (40 Hour Week) and be part of an out of hours on call roster on a 4 week rotational basis - this is rewarded by an on call increment of £50 per week when on call, with additional payments for any out of hours telephone calls or callout attendances required when on call that week. A daily travel benefit is also paid and added to monthly pay as well as a monthly phone allowance. Further optional opportunities for overtime are also possible, should you desire. Ideally you will also hold a current IPAF licence - however training can be arranged if that's not the case. The majority of our work remains within local travel distance - 30 minutes or so - of our Northampton offices, however we do work nationally for a number of higher profile clients. Salary & Benefits: An incentive program also ensures that all engineering personnel are financially rewarded beyond the time spent on site, ensuring that travel time is also met fairly. The role benefits from a basic wage of £32,500 per annum (with on target earnings expected to be in advance of £37,000) a fully livered vehicle including fuel, all required power and hand tools, a company laptop and mobile phone allowance in addition to the optional company pensions scheme.
