Key Responsibilities Process and maintain customer orders through internal ERP systems Check order details, pricing, product codes and documentation for accuracy Raise works orders, pick lists and dispatch paperwork Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders Liaise with purchasing, stores, production and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries Assist with stock and order-related administration Handle customer and supplier queries relating to orders and deliveries Ensure all records are accurate and maintained in line with company procedures Requirements Previous experience in a sales order processing, order administration, customer service or operations support role Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments Manufacturing, engineering, logistics or supply chain experience would be advantageous Full UK Driving Licence is essential The Package 29,000 - 32,000 depending on experience Company bonus scheme Pension Private medical insurance 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Additional benefits package Working Arrangements This position is based full-time from the company's Clevedon office during the initial training and probation period.
