Managing and coordinating vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with external suppliers Responding to driver calls and resolving fleet-related queries within agreed timescales Assessing reported vehicle defects and determining the appropriate course of action Taking ownership of fleet incidents, liaising with accident management providers and operational teams through to resolution Updating operations teams with repair progress and estimated completion times Maintaining accurate fleet records, including breakdowns, defects and purchase orders Updating and maintaining the internal fleet management system Ensuring vehicle maintenance records are compliant with company procedures and legislative requirements Monitoring supplier performance to ensure agreed service levels are achieved Completing incident escalation documentation where required Supporting the wider Fleet Administration team, including holiday cover Keeping up to date with internal processes and operational updates We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience as a Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Administrator, Transport Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Helpdesk Advisor, Operations Administrator or Transport Planner Previous experience working within a customer service, logistics, fleet or transport environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with accurate keyboard skills Ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a collaborative team GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths would be advantageous A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable due to the location in Appleton, Warrington and limited public transport links.
