Start between 5:00am and 7:00am , Monday to Friday. Work on a task-to-finish basis with a guaranteed minimum 40-hour contract . Undertake occasional overnight stays when operationally required. Main Duties Drive company vehicles safely, legally and professionally. Exchange Roll-on/Roll-off skips at customer sites. Handle a variety of waste streams, including: General waste Paper and cardboard Plastics Metals Other recyclable materials Assist with loading, unloading and moving materials where required. Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects promptly. Complete electronic collection notes and associated paperwork accurately. Comply with all DVSA regulations, Drivers' Hours legislation, the Working Time Directive and company procedures. Maintain a clean, tidy and roadworthy vehicle. Deliver excellent customer service while representing Shred Station professionally. What You'll Need Valid Category C+E (Class 1) Driving Licence. Driver CPC Qualification Card. Digital Tachograph Card. Previous Class 1 driving experience. Experience operating a Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) Skip Wag & Drag vehicle is preferred. A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Good communication and organisational skills. Physically fit and happy to undertake manual work as part of the role.
