This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CommOps Programme Area and the HPC Training Centre. You will provide professional administrative support to senior stakeholders, manage data and records, and help facilitate meetings, visits, and events. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel, accommodation, and hospitality. Managing diaries, preparing meeting packs, and taking minutes.
