Your new role This is a business-critical role sitting within the Global Enterprise Integration team. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help design, develop and support integrations between key enterprise systems whilst translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role is standalone in the UK and responsible for the EMEA region, with 2 Senior Engineer and the Integration Manager being US based. You'll operate at the intersection of technology and the business, leading requirements gathering, producing technical documentation, supporting project delivery and helping optimise a global integration platform. The role combines systems analysis, application support and integration development, giving exposure to ERP platforms, APIs, ETL processes and enterprise data flows across a complex environment. You'll also play an important role in testing, troubleshooting, vendor management and post-implementation support though these are secondary to the core depth of Boomi Integration knowledge. What you'll need to succeed You will bring 4+ years working with Boomi / ERP technologies as this role is standalone within the UK and needs to hit the ground running. The strongest likely fit is someone who has sat between business users, ERP systems and integration platforms in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. You will not be a pure software developer but will have technical proficiency with integrations, data flows, SQL, APIs and support of business-critical systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, gathering requirements, solving complex business problems and translating them into practical technology solutions. Experience within manufacturing, supply chain or other operationally focused industries would be advantageous, as would exposure to ERP, EDI or integration-led environments. What you'll get in return In return, you'll be joining a business where engineering excellence sits at the core of its success, offering the chance to work on leading-edge integration technologies. The package includes a salary of up to 47,000 with room to grow, generous holiday allowance, private healthcare and a strong range of wellbeing support. You'll have international reporting lines and travel opportunities within EMEA. What you need to do now To find out more or to be considered, please apply directly or get in touch for a confidential discussion with Max Wilcock, Senior Business Director, (phone number removed).
