Overview We're on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Ashby. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen, can lead from the front, and takes real pride in what they put on the plate. You'll be working closely with our Head Chef to keep things running smoothly day-to-day, while helping push standards and support the team.
