The Role As a Corporate Finance Manager , you will play a key role in the delivery and execution of corporate finance transactions and advisory engagements across the SME and lower mid-market. Working with businesses typically ranging from 1m to 50m in enterprise value , you will take day-to-day responsibility for transactions including business sales and disposals, MBOs and MBIs, acquisitions, fundraising and shareholder exits.
