What You'll Need: Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour in a supported living setting. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and managing multi-site services. Full UK Driving License, and access to your own vehicle. Proven ability to support individuals with diverse needs including: ADHD Learning Disabilities Autism Foetal Alcohol Syndrome Personality Disorders Sensory Processing Needs Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
