Do you thrive within a small, but busy team? Well if so, then this could be the temporary assignment for you! My client is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver to join their friendly and well-established team in Melksham. You will play an intricate part in the team, as the role will entail a variety of warehouse duties, but also to deliver products through the UK in a company 3.5-tonne van with a tail lift. The role: Processing goods in/goods out Picking and packing of orders Delivering orders throughout the UK to customers Moving stock with a forklift/counterbalance Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete Person specification: Previous experience within a warehouse/driving setting is essential Previous experience using a forklift/counterbalance would be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly Clean driving licence The company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) with 1 hour for lunch.
