Key Requirements Previous experience in a Tech2, Field Engineer, Desktop Support, or similar technical role. Strong understanding of hardware installation, cabling, and device configuration. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues on-site. Experience handling and storing IT equipment safely and securely. Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers and stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to travel to various sites as required.
