What do I need to be successful: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years' experience in Back End software development within a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong proficiency in Python (or similar modern Back End language) and experience building RESTful APIs or microservices. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) Passion for building customer-centric products and working collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges.
