You'll Fit Right Inn As an Assistant Manager you will be key to supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our Inn feels like a home away from home for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily duties, lead a team to deliver company standards, and manage the Inn's day-to-day operations. You'll need to be hands-on and approachable, leading by example, and fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. You will handle everything from managing shift operations in our busy, fast-paced environment to conducting administrative tasks, liaising with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers. This includes stocktake and ordering, handling accounts management, and being available for occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
