Supporting the legal function Your new company A leading real estate and services business. Your new role Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents, correspondence, proceedings and meetings.Transcribe and proofread legal documents.Maintain and organise legal files, records, and databases.Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.General day to day running of the office, including collecting and sorting incoming post, photocopying, scanning and faxing the documents.Schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls as and when directed.Address client queries in a timely and professional manner.Process third party and vendor invoices.Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team. Have substantial experience in completing related land registry forms such as TR1s, AP1s etc. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent Typing skills both audio and copy.Excellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office -Microsoft Word, Excel in particular.
