Essential: Proven experience in a senior commercial role within construction Strong contractual knowledge (NEC, JCT, FIDIC etc) Experience of successfully managing and mitigating risk and realising opportunities Experience managing large scale projects and commercial teams Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills Ability to implement and improve commercial processes and governance Desirable: Power sector construction experience (Transmission or Distribution) MRICS or equivalent commercial qualification. BSc in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or similar. Knowledge of CDM Regulations and IOSH Managing Safely.
