What You'll Be Doing: Producing a wide range of pastries including-but not limited to-croissants, tarts, tiramisu, gelato, individual and plated desserts Contributing to the dessert offering for our restaurants, café, and takeaway counters Preparing custom cakes for special occasions in line with guest and brand expectations Maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation, and quality in a fast-paced production setting Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely output Upholding food safety and sanitation standards in all areas of production Requirements A pastry chef with a solid foundation in classic techniques-Italian and French pastry experience a plus Experience in a high-volume kitchen or production environment An eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship Strong organizational and time-management skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility regarding shift patterns, including weekends and holidays Other information THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN 40 hours contract.
