This would suit those who are looking for flexibility in their working commitments. You will need to have at minimum a City and Guilds 706 Level 1/2 or NVQ2 in Professional Cookery, experience of directly managing or supervising staff, proven experience in operating catering machinery and experience in cooking/catering for large numbers. Working with Blu tech you will receive weekly pay, accrue paid annual leave, be provided access to free update training where appropriate, with certificates provided, and be given a named consultant as your main point of contact.
